๐ Payment Policy
- Once a hotel booking is confirmed, Rooftop Korea Co., Ltd., operator of Hit The Road Collection, will send a contract via email.
- Upon agreement, the customer pays a deposit and receives a private payment link with details and deadlines.
- Remaining balance must be paid at least 35 days before check-in, based on the remittance selling rate on payment date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Bank transfers are eligible for cash receipts; credit card payments incur a 2% fee.
