Categories are assigned based on orientation (Sunset / Standard). Designed at approximately 258 sqm, these villas are surrounded by lush vegetation, offering complete privacy. With excellent beach access, a private pool, and a pavilion, guests can enjoy a relaxing stay within the villa.
2. Family Beach Pool Villa
One of the villas renovated in July 2025, designed for guests traveling with family. The wardrobe space of the standard Beach Pool Villa has been converted into a secondary bedroom for children, offering a more convenient layout for family stays.
3. Over Water Pool Villa / Sunset Over Water Pool Villa
Designed at approximately 264 sqm, these villas feature a large private pool and an overwater hammock, offering the ultimate Maldives experience. The glass-bottom bathtub provides a unique way to enjoy the beautiful Maldivian ocean.
4. Family Over Water Pool Villa
Similar to the Family Beach Pool Villa, a secondary bedroom is created from the wardrobe space, allowing families to stay more comfortably. Guests can enjoy ideal lagoon views from the bedroom and easily access the lagoon via a private staircase for snorkeling.
Anantara Kihavah features an integrated overwater complex where the underwater restaurant SEA, along with overwater restaurants Fire and Spice, as well as the Sky Bar and observatory, are all located in one area. This convenient layout allows guests to easily move between dining, cocktails, and stargazing without unnecessary travel, creating a seamless evening experience.

A Teppanyaki restaurant designed with seating surrounding an open kitchen, allowing guests to watch the entire process from ingredient preparation to cooking. Due to limited seating, advance reservation is required.
3. Spice
An overwater restaurant located in the same building as SEA. Designed as a fully open pavilion with a live kitchen, guests can watch the cooking process. It offers signature dishes from across Asia, with a 3-course menu available.
4. Plates
A breakfast-focused restaurant featuring spacious pavilion seating and beachfront tables, capable of accommodating all resort guests. A variety of vegan options are available, along with daily changing kimchi selections prepared for Korean guests.
5. Manzaru
A poolside restaurant and bar located next to the main swimming pool. Light snack menus are available during the day, while a 3-course Italian menu is served in the evening. Ideal for enjoying snacks after swimming during the day or cocktails at night.
6. Sky Bar
The first floor features a circular bar table and ocean-view edge seating, while the second floor offers an open-air lounge and the Maldives' first overwater observatory. From 6 PM, a staff member is available to provide guided stargazing experiences and share stories about constellations.
