A newly opened resort in December 2025, offering high-quality rooms and services at a great value. It is an adults-only concept resort where guests can enjoy a quiet yet luxurious getaway.
It is part of the Crown & Champa Group, the largest resort group in the Maldives, and is located just above its sister resort Jawakara. It takes approximately 35 minutes by seaplane from Velana International Airport in Malรฉ.
The resort has a total of 80 rooms, including three categories of newly built beach villas and ocean pool villas in the water villa category.
1. Sunrise Beach Villa
Approximately 29 pyeong in size, this room is conveniently located close to the beach and various facilities. It is a studio-type room combining living room and bedroom in one space, featuring a clean and minimal design for a comfortable stay. The bathroom includes an outdoor shower booth.
2. Romantic Beach Villa
The location, size, and design are the same as the Sunrise Beach Villa, but the bathroom includes both an outdoor shower booth and a bathtub. Guests can enjoy a relaxing bath while feeling the atmosphere of the Maldives, and relax on the outdoor deck in front of the room with beautiful ocean views.
3. Sunset Beach Pool Villa
Designed with approximately 39 pyeong including a private pool and outdoor deck space, this villa features a private infinity pool. Guests can enjoy swimming directly connected to the beach or in the pool, and admire beautiful sunset views.
4. Ocean Pool Villa
A signature Maldives-style water villa located in the western lagoon area of the island. It is approximately 36 pyeong in size and features a private pool with steps leading directly into the lagoon. Compared to other resorts in a similar price range, the pool is relatively large, offering excellent quality for swimming.

๐ Payment Policy
Upon confirmation of a hotel room reservation requested by the customer, Loft Top Korea Co., Ltd., the operator of "Hit The Road Collection," will issue and send a reservation contract to the customer via email.
If the customer agrees to all terms and conditions stated in the contract, the customer shall proceed with payment of the required deposit as confirmation of the booking. The deposit amount and payment deadline will be specified in the contract, and a personalized payment link or payment instructions will be provided accordingly.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 35 days prior to the hotel check-in date. Exchange rates are calculated based on the bank's "outgoing remittance" exchange rate applicable on the date of payment.
The remaining balance may be paid either by bank transfer or credit card.
For bank transfer payments, 100% cash receipt issuance is available upon request.
Credit card payments are accepted only for credit cards issued in the Republic of Korea.
For credit card payments, an additional 2% card processing fee shall be borne by the customer.
๐ Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers may cancel their hotel reservation at any time before the date on which 35 days remain prior to the accommodation check-in date. In such cases, the cancellation fee shall be limited to the reservation deposit already paid.
Where full payment has already been completed and cancellation occurs within the eligible cancellation period described above:
For bank transfer payments, the refundable balance after deduction of applicable cancellation charges will be refunded to the bank account specified under the customer's name in the reservation contract.
For credit card payments, refunds will be processed via cancellation of the original card transaction.
Within the eligible cancellation period, reservations may also be changed to another available property listed within the same destination region. However, such changes are subject to prior confirmation of room availability at the requested alternative property. If the requested accommodation is unavailable, the reservation change cannot be processed.
Once the date on which 35 days remain prior to the accommodation check-in date has been reached (inclusive of the 35th day), cancellations, refunds, and changes to alternative hotels will no longer be permitted.

Within 7 days from the date of receiving the written contract. However, if the goods or services are supplied after the date the written contract was received, within 7 days from the date the goods or services were received or supply commenced.
