Upon confirmation of a hotel room reservation requested by the customer, Loft Top Korea Co., Ltd., the operator of "Hit The Road Collection," will issue and send a reservation contract to the customer via email.
If the customer agrees to all terms and conditions stated in the contract, the customer shall proceed with payment of the required deposit as confirmation of the booking. The deposit amount and payment deadline will be specified in the contract, and a personalized payment link or payment instructions will be provided accordingly.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 35 days prior to the hotel check-in date. Exchange rates are calculated based on the bank's "outgoing remittance" exchange rate applicable on the date of payment.
The remaining balance may be paid either by bank transfer or credit card.
For bank transfer payments, 100% cash receipt issuance is available upon request.
Credit card payments are accepted only for credit cards issued in the Republic of Korea.
For credit card payments, an additional 2% card processing fee shall be borne by the customer.
๐ Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customers may cancel their hotel reservation at any time before the date on which 35 days remain prior to the accommodation check-in date. In such cases, the cancellation fee shall be limited to the reservation deposit already paid.
Where full payment has already been completed and cancellation occurs within the eligible cancellation period described above:
For bank transfer payments, the refundable balance after deduction of applicable cancellation charges will be refunded to the bank account specified under the customer's name in the reservation contract.
For credit card payments, refunds will be processed via cancellation of the original card transaction.
Within the eligible cancellation period, reservations may also be changed to another available property listed within the same destination region. However, such changes are subject to prior confirmation of room availability at the requested alternative property. If the requested accommodation is unavailable, the reservation change cannot be processed.
